Note: Our Return Policy has changed, effective 05/10/2017. Purchases made after this date will be processed in accordance with our new policy.

Our Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a purchase, you may return it to life after denim within 30 days of the original delivery date. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and have all tags still intact. Refunds will be processed via the original method of payment, less the cost of return shipping and handling (see Return Service below).

In order to uphold the quality and integrity our products, we cannot accept merchandise returned after 30 days for exchange or return.

Shipping Policy & Rates

We know that getting your items quickly is important to you, and we do our best to process all orders within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Please understand that during busier times, such as weekends and holidays, processing may be slightly delayed. But don’t worry– we will always do our best to get your order shipped to you as soon as possible.

All domestic orders are delivered through UPS.

  • Delivery times go into effect the business day after you place your order. Delivery time depends on destination and time of order placement.
  • At this time, we do not ship to Russia, Singapore, Indonesia, Morocco, India, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Ukraine, or Egypt.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses.
  • We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the continental U.S.  Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. All shipping terms are subject to change.

Tracking

After your order is processed, we will send you a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Return Service

For your convenience, we provide a pre-printed UPS return label with every purchase. Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment; a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Domestic returns (contiguous 48 states): $10 will be deducted
  • Returns from Hawaii and Alaska: $22 will be deducted
  • Returns from Canada: $42 will be deducted
  • Other international returns, $62 will be deducted

Place items for return back in their original poly bags with the barcode and all original tags intact. We’ll process your return as soon as it gets to our warehouse.

Can’t find your return label? No problem. In the event that you lose your pre-paid UPS return label, contact our support service, and we'll help you with your request.

Exchanges

For hassle-free exchanges, we currently do not offer direct swaps. Simply fill out the Merchandise Return Form (provided with every order) in accordance with our Return Policy and ship your order back to our warehouse. Note: As with all returns, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and with all tags still intact.

Once we receive your package, we’ll process your return. In the meantime, place a new order at any time and we’ll process your new order as soon as possible.

Defective or Incorrect Merchandise

We do everything we can to make sure our products are made with utmost care and quality, but mistakes happen. Contact us via support@lifeafterdenim.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the damage or incorrect item. We’ll do our best to make things right.

For defective items, we’ll evaluate the product to determine whether it is indeed defective. If the product is deemed defective, the purchase price along with shipping and handling charges will be refunded in the original method of payment. We will exchange incorrect items with no additional shipping and handling charge.

Final Sale Items

Any item purchased at a discount of 50% or more is not eligible for return or exchange.

Price Adjustments

We will gladly make a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within 7 days of ship date when accompanied by the order number. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. We will make price adjustments on only permanently reduced items; we cannot make them on scheduled promotions or sale events.
