Our Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, life after denim accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused or defective merchandise purchased online for full refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Sale merchandise may be returned in accordance with these policies with the exception of Final Sale merchandise. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Items returned after 30 days will be refunded 60% of the paid amount in the form of the original payment as long as it is returned within 60 days of item receipt. Items returned after 60 days of item receipt cannot be refunded at all.

Final Sale Items

Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Please note that all apothecary items are final sale.

Price Adjustments

life after denim gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. Price adjustments cannot be made on scheduled holiday sales (Thanksgiving and Christmas).

Return Service

For your convenience, we will provide you with a pre-printed UPS return label with your purchase.  If you choose to make a return, the return cost will be deducted from your credit card.

For domestic returns, $10 will be deducted; for returns from Hawaii and Alaska, $22 will be deducted; for returns from Canada, $42 will be deducted; and for other international returns, $62 will be deducted.  The return deduction cost covers shipping and restocking fees.

In the case of defective merchandise, please send back the item for our review. We will evaluate the product to conclude whether it is indeed defective. If the product is deemed defective, shipping charges will be refunded in the original method of payment.

Please make sure to place returned items back in their original poly bags with the barcode and original tags intact.

In the event that you lose your pre-printed UPS return label, contact support@lifeafterdenim.com, where a customer service team member will process your request.

Exchanges

We offer free shipping for exchanged items on all domestic orders within 90 days of the delivery date. Exchanges are only accepted for items of equal or lesser value. If you are exchanging an item, please fill out the RETURNS & EXCHANGE form provided in your package. At this time, we do not offer free exchanges on international orders.

Store Credit

Upon receipt of your returned items, you will receive an email with a personalized store credit code. This code is redeemable on www.lifeafterdenim.com. Store credit must be used within one year of the email confirmation delivery date.

Timing and Rates

Domestic orders are delivered through UPS.

We understand that getting your items quickly is important to you.  Therefore, we aim to process all orders within 24 hours (Monday through Friday, excluding government holidays).  Please understand that during busier times, such as weekends or holidays, processing may take longer.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses at this time.
  • Free standard shipping on all orders in the continental U.S.  Free shipping will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout. All shipping terms are subject to change.

Tracking

We ship using UPS.  After you order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to track the status of your order.
